All registered participants will receive an official invitation letter to the conference. To ensure a smooth entry into the country, participants are required to submit a request for a conference visa independently.

For a favourable travel experience, please submit your visa application well in advance. Due to the high number of weddings and cultural festivities in New Delhi, delays of up to a few weeks are possible which could impact both the cost of your trip and the timely processing of your visa.
