Shuttles to/from hotels to conference venue

From November 25th to 29th, shuttle buses will operate daily to ensure your smooth transportation to and from the event venue, Bharat Mandapam. Each morning, the buses will depart at 7:45 AM from some of the designated conference hotels. The schedule will be available in all the conference hotels and on the app. 

In the evenings, the shuttles will return you to your hotels at the end of each event day. On days when dinner is provided, the return trip will begin after dinner concludes. Additionally, if any participants require transportation to the hotel during the event, shuttle and taxi services will be provided only in emergency situations or cases of dire need.

Please note that the India International Trade Fair, the largest annual trade show of India will take place at the same venue during the Conference dates. Although the ICA Conference will have dedicated entries, we advise you to be on time to enter the venue so as to avoid getting stuck in heavy traffic expected.
